What is Psi Chi?

Psi Chi is a purely academic honors society based on academic merit and scholastic achievement. Psi Chi is not a fraternity or sorority. We are the primary psychology organization on campus and we provide numerous opportunities for professional development, networking, and leadership experience through our general meetings, workshops, socials, and volunteering events throughout the year.

Psi Chi is known for hosting the Fall Lab Fair, the new Psychology Winter Camp, and R’PSYC Undergraduate Research Conference, which are some of the ways we prepare our members to succeed in research, graduate school, and future careers.

You do not have to be an official member to attend our events. If you want to make new friends with similar academic and professional interests, Psi Chi is the right place for you to find your psychology community at UCR!
